the Bunny sees you
2016
acrylic gouache and ink on linen
38.5"x38.5" (97 x97 cm)

Underneath the truth, the Bunny sees you and decides to toss you all the same. So, tumbling, tumbling you go.

Look, do you see the first house out of the hopper? The man in that house seems to have misplaced himself, and the woman? Well, her questions have all spun away.

The whole town is tumbling, tumbling through these gates of deep darkness, while the people wait for the Bunny to look away and for Abaddan to sleep.
